Limonium rosselloi (Plumbaginaceae), a new species from the Iberian Peninsula

A new species is described in the genus Limonium Mill.: L. rosselloi P. P. Ferrer, R. Roselló & E. Laguna, sp. nov. (Plumbaginaceae). It grows in the saline-gypsic soils of the Cabriel River in La Pesquera area (Cuenca, Castilla-La Mancha, central-eastern Spain). Diagnostic morphological characters are reported and compared to other species. An illustration is also included.
