First report of post-fire regeneration in Adesmia bijuga (Fabaceae), a critically endangered species of Central Chile

Abstract


Adesmia bijuga is an endemic species of central Chile which is considered as Critically Endangered for the Chilean vascular flora. The knowledge on the regeneration dynamics of this species is deficient. Our study reveals that A. bijuga has the ability to recover after a fire event.
